Well I did my weigh in today. I am down to 279.4 That means I am down almost 15 pounds. I am pretty impressed with myself. I have found that I no longer really crave the bad food. I had some McDonald's this last week and it didn't really taste that good. I think/hope that the food no longer has control of me. I find that I am not really hungry as much between meals. It has been 28 days of eating this way and I think that I am sold on it. Even the protein shakes that I used to hate, don't taste that bad anymore. I have always liked carrots but now when I eat them I can't believe how good they taste, they are like candy.
