Spinach Shake Recipe

I have been asked to put up the spinach shake recipe, so here it is

1 handful of Spinach
2 Tbls of Peanut butter, all natural the only ingredient should be peanuts, maybe salt
1 Scoop of Whey Protein Isolate
1/2 of a Banana
3 handfuls of ice

Blend until smooth.

Day 8 - Better Late then Never

Today was weigh in day. Coming up to this I was anxious, I didn't really feel like I had done anything that would have caused me to lose much weight. After the first 3 days it seemed like my body had adjusted to the reduced amount of food I was eating. That's not to say I wasn't hungry between meals, I was, it was just much more manageable. Also cooking meals in advance is really the key to this, it more convenient to eat something already made up, then to have to think about cooking something or what you are going to eat.

Weight on Saturday the 12th was 284.4, so a total of 9 lbs lost in a week. Hard to complain about that.

Day 4

Today was really hard. It was my first day in the office today. I have a caffine headache from hell. I was really hungry between meals today. Felt like a protein shake was not enough to eat for breakfast, but I felt like I could do it, I knew I had a snack coming in 3 hours.

Well I drank a spinich shake today, it wasn't as bad as I suspected. It mostly tasted like peanut butter.

Day 0

I would like to start by saying that this plan I am following is not my idea, I am following Drew Manning from I saw an article about his journey on a couple of weeks ago, and I have been looking for something that can follow, and that gives me the tools that I can follow.

I have never been fit, so my journey will be only the fat2fit portion. I am going to update as often as I can with how I have been doing following this plan. The problems, the cravings, and how I deal with them. I will be posting pictures and measurements soon. 

I am already feeling anxious, wondering if I will be able to do it, I know that I have the ability, but I am concerned that I will give up if something doesn't work the way I expect it to, or if I don't lose weight right away.

I am posting this online so that my commitment to losing weight is public, I am accountable to someone other than myself. I need you all to hold me to that. If you don't hear about my progress positive or negative, call me on it.
