Today was weigh in day. Coming up to this I was anxious, I didn't really feel like I had done anything that would have caused me to lose much weight. After the first 3 days it seemed like my body had adjusted to the reduced amount of food I was eating. That's not to say I wasn't hungry between meals, I was, it was just much more manageable. Also cooking meals in advance is really the key to this, it more convenient to eat something already made up, then to have to think about cooking something or what you are going to eat.
Weight on Saturday the 12th was 284.4, so a total of 9 lbs lost in a week. Hard to complain about that.
